We have signed the cooperation protocol for the complete documentation of the fortifications of the Alba Carolina Citadel. Over the next twelve months, a mixed team — researchers, students and association volunteers — will inventory every bastion, curtain wall and gate.
The first stage is archive research: eighteenth-century plans, interwar intervention reports and aerial photographs. The second stage means fieldwork: measurements, photography and conservation condition records.
