Events

Organising workshops, guided tours, welcoming the public, logistics at exhibitions and the summer camp.

Education

Workshops with pupils, guided tours for school groups, support for youth programmes.

Professional skills

How it works

From the form to your first activity

You send the form

Tell us what interests you and how much time you have.

We call or write to you

Within 7 working days at most, to see together where you fit best.

We sign the volunteering contract

Mandatory under Romanian Law no. 78/2014. It is free, signed in two copies, and it guarantees your rights.

You join your first activity

You get a coordinator and clear instructions. At the end you may request a volunteering certificate.

Good to know

Volunteering, in short

Minimum age

From 15 years old with written parental consent. Over 18, no other conditions.

Mandatory contract

Law no. 78/2014 requires a written contract. It is not a formality: it covers your activity and certifies your experience.

Volunteering certificate

On request you receive a certificate listing activities and skills acquired — recognised as work experience in the field.

No fees

Volunteering involves no payment in either direction: you do not pay, and you are not paid.
